Grant Co. Planning and Zoning Commission
The City's Planning Department and
Grant County Planning and Zoning
have
an inter-local agreement to administer the City of Williamstown's Zoning
Ordinance.
Members responsibilities include preparing and submitting recommendations to the planning commission concerning: existing and future commission policies, programs, contractual agreements, special studies as well as planning activities for the future of Grant County.

Grant County Tax Appeals Board
All real property assessment appeals are heard by a three-member panel know as the local board of assessment appeals. The board is comprised of three local members who are knowledgeable about real estate in the county.
Typically Tax Roll inspection is the 1st Monday of May through the 3rd
Monday in May. The last day to file an appeal is one working day after
the close of the inspection period; usually the 3rd Tuesday in May.
