Mr. Skinner is married to Sally Skinner. He is the owner of Skinner Furniture, Skinner Self Storage
and an active member of the Williamstown Kiwanis, Steering
Committee, National League of Cities; Board of Directors,
Kentucky League of Cities; Finance Committee, Kentucky League of
Cities; Board of Directors, Northern Kentucky Area Development
District and a member of Fitness For Life Around Grant County.

Kim Crupper
Mr. Crupper has served on City Council for 22 years.
He is a past member of Williamstown Volunteer Fire Department
from 1980-1992. Active member of Williamstown Baptist
Church. Has been self-employed for 33 years, owner of
Crupper Transport, dump trucking/hauling sand crushed stone, and
top soil. Member of American Truck Historical Society.
He enjoys going to truck shows and spending time with family.

Mrs. Riley is married to Stanley Riley and
they both reside on their farm in Williamstown. Jacqalynn
is Co-Chair, Fitness For Life Around Grant County; member,
Williamstown's Play Board/Playful City USA; Chair, Regional
Board of Directors, Northern Kentucky University Grant Center;
Member, Grant County High School, Business Education Advisory
Committee; member, Grant County Schools Foundation Board
Committee and Williamstown Baptist Church.

Elizabeth (Liz) Wagoner
Liz is married to Layne Wagoner and has three
children. She began serving on City Council in January
2013. Previously she served on Williamstown Independent
School Board for 9 1/2 years; Kentucky School Board of Directors
for four years. She works in the Information Technology
Industry in the area of Informative Security, Audit and
Compliance. Liz is a member of Williamstown Methodist
Church where she serves a a teacher in the youth program and is
a member of the Williamstown Women's Club.

Charles Ed Wilson
Mr. Wilson has been on City Council since 2009.
He is a retired educator and Superintendent of the Williamstown
School District. He is also a member of United Methodist
Church and enjoys bike riding. He is married to Rose.
