Request for Bids

From time to time, the City finds it necessary to contract extra help.  These Requests for Bids are also advertised in the Grant County News.

2 Separate Bids - one ton four-wheel drive pick-up trucks

The City of Williamstown will be accepting sealed bids for one (1) new 2011 or 2012 regular cab one ton four-wheel drive pick-up truck with a utility bed at the Williamstown City Building, 400 North Main Street, Williamstown, Kentucky 41097 until 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at which time all bids will be opened.

The City of Williamstown will be accepting sealed bids for one (1) new 2011 or 2012 regular cab one ton four-wheel drive pick-up truck at the Williamstown City Building, 400 North Main Street, Williamstown, Kentucky 41097 until 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at which time all bids will be opened.

             Specifications may be downloaded or picked up at the Williamstown City Building any time Monday through Friday from 8 a. m. until 5 p.m.

• Pick-up with Utility Bed
• GM Service Body
• Standard Service Bodies
• Regular Cab Pick-up

All bids are to be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BIDS FOR UTILITY BED PICKUP TRUCK” and made to the Mayor’s attention.

The bids received will be reviewed and graded with the following criteria:
