The thrilling rise and fall of emotions as each “case” amount is revealed is sure to be exhilarating! Whether the contestant “wins” or “loses”, it’ll be what everyone’s talking about, long after Derby Day is over!

How the game is played
Individual chooses one “case” from a total of twenty, with each one containing a dollar value between 1¢ and $500. Individual eliminates various quantities of cases each round to determine the value in his/her case through the process of elimination. At the end of each round, the contestant will be offered a guaranteed amount by a “banker” to end the game at that time, and forfeit what their case actually contains. Game ends when there are no more cases to open, or when contestant takes the “Deal” offered by the “banker”.
What the “Cases” Contain
There will be twenty individual cases, each with a randomly placed dollar amount from the following…

Each game, the amount for each case will be randomly re-assigned. What Quantity of Cases are Chosen Each Round: The contestant will open a varying number of cases each “round” before the banker will make an offer. This number will diminish by one each round until there is just a single case chosen per round. The quantities for each round are as follows…

The Banker’s Offer may be Calculated
After each round, the total sum of money still available will be calculated and divided by the number of remaining cases to get an “average” case amount. A varying percentage of this average will be offered to the contestant based upon the following rounds…

How Many Games Will Be Played
There will be no more than 2 due to Stage schedule. This will be determined by the total prize “pool” which will be determined by funds provided by the sponsors (each contestant winning the maximum amount available…$500). The number of games will be based upon the actual amount that each contestant wins, there may be additional games that can be played. However, once the total amount of actual winnings comes within the amount of the total prize pool, there can be no more games (as someone winning the maximum amount would push the total over).
Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age, Must be present at the Williamstown Derby Day stage at the time of the Deal or No Deal Contest, agree to contest rules.* Contestants will be randomly drawn from qualified entries prior to the contest. Only one entry accepted per person; do not enter more than once. Odds of being called a contestant depends on the amount of entries received. * Each contestant will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release prior to playing Williamstown Derby Deal or No Deal.
