Existing Dock
If you are a lakefront property owner and you have an existing dock, one in place since May 13, 2004, you are required to submit an Existing Dock Permit Application every 5 years.
New Dock or Renovation
If you are a lakefront property owner planning a new dock or new dock construction, including but not limited to, an addition, replacement, walkway and/or 50%+ repair, then you must submit a New Dock Permit Application before any lakefront construction.
