Kentucky Housing Corp's Project-Based Rental Assistance provides rental assistance to low-income residents living in certain apartment complexes throughout Kentucky. Norwood Apartments accepts applications from those needing rental assistance. Applicants must meet income requirements and certain screening criteria in order to be eligible for a subsidized unit.
