The Mayor’s Office administers and enforces City Ordinances, Orders and Statutes and makes and executes all Bonds, Notes and Contracts.  
Therefore all Legal Notices, Bid Requests or Personnel Appointments are handled by the Mayor’s Office.

The Planning/Zoning Administrator which administers and enforces the Zoning Ordinance is located in the Mayors office.  

Williamstown Zoning Permit Applications are submitted to this office.  

The Zoning Administrator reviews applications, advises applicants, determines compliance and maintains records on issues related to City Zoning.
